Each side (north and south) is private (no shared walls or entrance) but patio is shared. Secluded by national forest on 3 sides but <15 mins to downtown Salida, CO.

Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway. We offer discounts for weekly/longer stays.
