The house has a large deck with gas BBQ, ample dining furniture/lounging chairs and is a quiet haven for holiday relaxation. The cottage also has a sun-room for catching up on reading, a log-only burning fire for winter nights, high speed WiFi and modern kitchen and bathrooms

Lainey's Place is a peaceful location beside St Helens Bay. Ensuite bedroom, large private sitting room with your own private entrance. Originally built more than 200 years ago, the farmhouse at Millknock Farm has been extended and modernised many times over the years to create a comfortable home. A welcome pack containing a sample pot of our homemade jam and a dozen freshly baked scones, along with tea, coffee, sugar, milk and butter, waits inside the house on your arrival. Close to beaches, golf, fishing, and bird watching in Ireland's Sunny South East, this is a great base for families (with kids) and groups to stay.

It is an ideal location for exploring the Sunny South East , enjoying a romantic getaway or even treating yourself to that artistic retreat !

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.
