Skip the long lines at public boat ramps and bring your boat and the whole crew, if you don't have a boat, hop on one of Cape San Blas Pontoon Rental's boat located behind the house. Joan’s Retreat is a quiet, relaxing place with a complete fenced in yard for your pets to play and be safe. A large outdoor shower, large patio, and covered parking area for your car and boat is available. Inside this new home, you will find a soaking tub in the master bathroom, a coffee station with enough supplies to get you started, a large 65” smart TV, and many other amenities. The beach is only 2 1/2 blocks away. Our guest are required to be at least 21 years old.
