This is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath guesthouse, centrally located in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. Greenwood Air Force Base is 15 minutes away. Wolfville and its vineyards are 30 minutes away. At the other end of the Valley is Annapolis Royal, the first European settlement in North America. Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg, Digby, and Yarmouth are an easy drive. Please note: we are semi-rural, with a restaurant and convenience store close by. Groceries and a liquor store are in Berwick, 10 km to the east.

Soak in the hot tub, dine out in the “nest” or cuddle up on the couch while the kids hang out in the loft upstairs! A perfect place for your Fundy adventures anytime of the year!

Down the Road Guesthouse

Welcome to Down the Road Guesthouse, your perfect base for exploring the Bay of Fundy’s highest tides in the world. Welcome to the Sunflower Cottage, our charming guesthouse on our vegetable and cut flower farm. Stroll to the top of the field and take in the view of Shepody Bay or hike through 40 acres of woodland trails on the property and bask in the calm quiet of the forest. Keep an eye out in the backyard for deer in the morning, visit the rabbits and chickens, and gather around the campfire in the evening to watch the stars appear.
