U objekat se ulazi kroz električne kapije, sa parkingom za dva automobila, privatnim dvorišnim vrtom i korištenjem travnjaka ispred. Objekat se može pohvaliti centralnim grijanjem, Wi-Fi mrežom, TV-om, dvije spavaće sobe, glavnom spavaćom sobom koja ima pristup WC-u, porodičnu tuš kabinu, dnevni boravak/blagovaonicu otvorenog tipa i kuhinju s štednjakom, mašinom za pranje suđa, mikrovalnom pećnicom i integrisanim frižiderom/zamrzivačem. Sa strane se nalazi privatni vrt u dvorištu i parking.
