The house is in the quiet suburb of Myburgh Park and is very close to the Yacht Club and North Gate of the Nature Reserve as well as Shark Bay ⛱️ beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the local shops, beach and restaurant area and about 8kms to the Laguna Mall (Woolworths etc) and Mykonos Casino and restaurant area.

Windsurfing and kite boarding are possible from in front of the house. Easy surfing is available a few hundred metres down the beach. The property has battery backup along with solar panels to ensure continuous electricity supply even when the grid is down.
