Comfortable camper & big kitchen

Comfortable lived in camper on small homestead. Queen size bed, smart tv, day bed that converts to king size bed. Big sink, lots of counter space, lots of storage. Heat and air for all seasons. Quick drive to Harrisburg or Eldorado. This was our home for 3 years while I was a travel Healthcare worker and I hope it can continue to serve others. It is located on a permanent spot right next to our home with electric, sewer, and water hooked up. 30 min to Garden of the Gods so perfect for your base!

Were also within Driving distance to Saline County Conservation Area, Sahara Woods SRA, Tunnel Hill State Trail, and Cave in Rock State Park. We are a short walk from downtown Harrisburg, a quick drive from restaurants or stores in town, and within easy driving distance of sites in the Eastern end of the Shawnee National Forest. These sites include such places as The Garden of the Gods, The iron Furnace, The Chocolate Factory, Dixon Springs Pool, Burden Falls and many other attractions, parks and trailheads.

The Paddock at 1208 - Simplicity, Style & Comfort

The Paddock at 1208 is a house that was built in the 1920's. Former owner was a pharmacist and racing horse trainer hence the name and decor. There is a sister house across the street, The Choisser Burnett House which sleeps six and is also on Airbnb.com. Twenty minutes minutes south is the  Shawnee National Forest whose terrain spans woodlands, hills and lakes and it's wildlife includes bald eagles.
