This flat is excellently situated 5 mins' flat walk from Cathedral Close, 10 mins' walk from town centre, 2 mins from nearest pub, corner shop and restaurant, and about 5 minutes' walk to garage with M&S Simply Food store. The flat is bright and spacious, has its own entrance, is in a quiet cul de sac, parking in small parking area or on road . We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
