Private pickleball court. Easy access to walking, biking, and hiking trails in Utah Valley and only 15 minutes away from Sundance Ski Resort. Private parking and a fully fenced large lawn to enjoy with a fire pit, hammock, and more. The mountain views are stunning. You'll love it here!

The Wonky Staircase

Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located place. Lovely 600 sq ft studio in my backyard. Spacious for 2 people, comfortable for 4, & hot spot for a group on a budget. Unique open loft style. With quite a wonky staircase. Upstairs in the loft there is a Queen bed and a twin daybed/couch. There is also clothing storage. Downstairs there’s a full sized futon/couch. Private bathroom and shower. Kitchenette with basic amenities. (No grill or oven).

Mountain/Town Guest House

Our guest house is located in the heart of Holladay with walking distances to shops and restaurants and quick drives to Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon and Millcreek Canyon for skiing and hiking. It's an 18 min drive to downtown Salt Lake City but you might not need it because Holladay is so quaint and offers so much. You can't beat this location and with the studio being so comfortable with a full kitchen and soft beds you might not want to leave.

A private studio with a queen bed, bathroom and kitchenette. Located in downtown Midway. We have a friendly dog on the property. Near Homestead Golf Resort, Soldier Hollow Cross Country Ski & Golf Resort, Provo River, between Deer Creek & Jordanelle reservoirs. Deer Valley Ski Resort & Sundance Resort nearby.
