If you have a pet there is tons of space for them to run around and even go swimming in the lake. The location is a bit remote, so it is super quiet and serene. There is a gas station, Dollar General, and restaurants 5 minutes away. It is a central location: 10 minutes from the town of Saluda, 10 minutes from Batesburg, 20 minutes from Newberry, and 20 minutes from Lexington.

Steps away is huge dock with 10 feet of water at end of dock, with ladder for swimming or parking boats, private boat landing for launching boat, that is concrete out past dock , and have 3 kayaks on property, and may floats for floating at private dock. Also, for those traveling with friends or more persons in your party, a similar well equipped room is directly below this room.
