Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Grünen auf ca. 750 Höhenmeter. Nur 4,5 km vom Attersee und ca. 7 km vom Mondsee entfernt kann man tolle Wanderungen und Ausflüge unternehmen. Das nächste Gasthaus ist nur 1 km entfernt. Bei gemütlicher Atmosphäre kann man entspannen und die Natur genießen. Gut für Familien, Paare und Gruppen bis zu 9 Personen. Jedoch müssen Sie bei Gruppen jedes Zimmer einzeln buchen. Wir freuen uns, Sie begrüßen zu dürfen! Keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel beim Haus !

In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Es gibt Wasserfälle, wunderschöne Almen, ein geniales Freibad speziell für Kinder, Minigolf, eine Sommerrodelbahn. Frühstück € 15 pro Person.

Our farmhouse is situated 1000 meters above sea level, right in the middle in between Kitzbühel and Zell am See. It takes only five minutes to the ski area of Kitzbühel, in summer you can start hiking right in front o the house. A bus stopp is only several meters away. Our view is amazing: all the peaks of the "Hohe Tauern" are right in front of us. Our farm has a large garden. Singles, families with children, couples, groups - everyone is welcome!

Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Der Preis ist für 2 Personen im Doppelzimmer gültig. Frühstück ist nicht inkludiert: € 17,-- pro EW und Tag und € 12,-- pro Kind und Tag. Die Ortstaxe von € 2,40 ist vor Ort zu bezahlen. Für jede weitere Person im Doppelzimmer erheben wir vor Ort eine Gebühr. In der Unterkunft stehen auch Einzel-, Dreibett- und Familienzimmer zur Verfügung.

Our house is a typical bed & breakfast. It is located between Bad Aussee train station and the city center (short walks). The rooms are silent. We offer in this house two double rooms and two single rooms. The breakfast is extendend and flexible. There are also vegetarian and vegan options. We are experienced hosts, because our family welcomes since 1976 guests in our house. And we stil love it. :)

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mitten im Schigebiet Saalbach-Hinterglemm und Zell am See. Das Gästehaus bietet Platz für 11 Personen in 2 Appartments. Jedes Appartment bietet eine Küche, eine Dusche sowie ein WC. Ein Abstellraum im Untergeschoß bietet Platz für Ski oder Fahrräder, weiters gibt es ausreichende Parkplätze. Das Gästehaus wurde 2025 neu renoviert und gemütlich eingerichtet.
