Cute mid-century home that is newly remodeled with a modern and minimalist vibe. Featuring high-speed internet, a working space, vinyl record player, a small library, 4k tv with streaming options, a nice outdoor deck to enjoy with a propane grill, outdoor shower and three person sauna as well. Experience stunning nature views and serenity from a private fenced in property. Lookout or listen for the cute quail residents. Explore the nearby beaches, nature hikes and a tiny but vibrant downtown.

Nymph Studio & Gardens

This is an autonomous studio with private bathroom, but the only shower is outside. This is a small room with a partitioned off toilet and curtain. The shower is an enclosed surfer's shower with curtain outside behind the studio. The hot water has to travel a distance from our heater, so turn on the hot first & wait till it arrives. Also, you will find a red tub next to the shower, please catch the water in it while you are waiting for the hot water to arrive so we can pour it on the garden.

SF Ocean Beach In-law Studio

Comfortable and functional in-law suite with private access, a 3 min. walk to the Sunset Dunes Park and Ocean Beach, and <30 minutes to SFO and downtown SF. Located in the Sunset district, one of San Francisco’s quietest and safest neighborhoods, with free street parking. Superhost family lives upstairs with a separate entrance. Quiet, green and private backyard. Plenty of headroom, modern amenities and new plumbing with delightful 1969 Vintage décor. 1000 thread count sheets on a queen size bed. Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)

This is a spacious suite with private bathroom, counter. This room is at the back of our house behind the garage, window towards the wall. It has a Queen sized bed that sleeps two people. It's also equipped with a private counter. My husband and I are living upstairs, but you have your own private access downstairs to your room after entering the main door.
