Quant, lock off one bedroom guest suite in beautiful neighborhood in Merced! -Separate entrance - Entire suite - 1 bed 1 bath with a living room, kitchen and a laundry room - Beautifully decorated - Clean and cozy The guest suite shares 2 common walls with the main house which are not soundproofed. You may hear the sounds from the main house, we have a sound machine in the bedroom to help block it, but not sure about the result. Please do not book this place if that bothers you. Thank you! :)

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

Escape to nature in our Manzanita Tiny Cabin. This is one of two tiny houses on our property. Enjoy the views and the stars on the peaceful 24 acres this cabin shares. Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, stargazing or playing the 6-hole disc golf course.

Private Mariposa Artist Cabin at Ranch Yosemite

You are approximately 45m-1h drive from the Yosemite Valley Park where you can experience one of the worlds greatest places of natural beauty. The cabin is equipped for everything that you and your partner/friend need to enjoy the area. Cookware, french press and a small refrigerator. The Sierra Nevada mountains range in temperature wildly. The greens and the yellows of California ebb and flow through the seasons creating unique natural beauty which is different each season of the year.

Cottage at the Broken Branch

Experience the historic Gold Country and Yosemite national park staying in this newly renovated 1800s mining cabin. Originally built in the late 1800s for the miners of the Crystal Rock mine, the cottage now has heat, air conditioning, highspeed wifi, a kitchen, and bathroom. The Broken Branch is a small working ranch, so the beautiful sunrise views include several horses, donkeys, and goats. It's about an hour and a half to Yosemite and only minutes from downtown Columbia and Sonora.

Only hours from San Francisco, Yosemite, or Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. PLEASE, due to family health concerns, no animals in the unit.

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft from room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.
