Manzanita Tiny Cabin

Escape to nature in our Manzanita Tiny Cabin. This is one of two tiny houses on our property. Enjoy the views and the stars on the peaceful 24 acres this cabin shares. Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, stargazing or playing the 6-hole disc golf course.

Barnview Bungalow Farm Stay

Try on a slice of farm life from our Barnview Bungalow. This tiny house studio is right in the middle of our functioning farm. It comes with a large covered deck with views of our young apple orchard and big red barn. If you dream of wide open spaces, big skies, and farm animal encounters this is the place for you. Accommodations include: A full sized memory foam bed, kitchenette with mini fridge and two stove burners, stone-floored bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and washer and dryer.

One of the bedrooms listed is upstairs in a gaming tower, filled with entertainment options!! Also if you love animals as much as we do, you can help feed our furry and feathered friends .Either way....Prepare to fall in love!

Nestled in the Sierra foothills, Ferretti Cabin is your cozy retreat. Ideally located next door to Yosemite National Park. Ferretti Cabin is the perfect base for your family adventure. It is located in the community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, CA. PML offers a beautiful private lake with 3 sandy beaches, 18 hole golf, hiking, horse back riding, pool, tennis and more. Nearby attractions include several historic mining towns, cave explorations, river rafting, and wine tasting.
