Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. Within 2 - 3 blocks from all restaurants and shops, you'll be hard pressed to find a more convenient location. Starlink internet service and a smart TV. Enjoy the private patio for dining outside. It's a great spot to spread gear out when getting ready for a day adventuring in the mountains. The Guesthouse is accessible from Blair/Empire Street.

We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.

A brand new build - finished in May 2019. Three bedrooms, two baths, in a residential neighborhood in the town of Silverton. Some of the best views of Kendall Mountain. The Altitude Adjustment has a huge yard, fire pit, RV parking and plug-in, granite kitchen counters, laminate floors, and TV's through the house and in each bedroom. Ride the train up to almost the front door. Plenty of pull around and thru parking for trucks and trailers.
