A true Rocky Mountain get away. Located just 2 miles from town. This brand new majestic 3 bed/2 bath cabin is nestled at 9550' overlooking the Animas River in the San Juan Mountains. The cabin boasts a 360 degree mountain view. It combines old world mining heritage and decor with modern luxuries. With direct access to the Alpine loop, the outdoor options are unlimited. Walking, hiking, biking, fishing & ORV riding is directly out the front door. 4x4 or AWD vehicles recommended in winter months.

The Russian Princess Historic Home

Historic 1883 Victorian home on the main street of downtown Silverton with long driveway to park truck/trailer or several cars. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and shops. Park your car and walk or bike everywhere for the rest of your stay. The Russian Princess features master-crafted finishes such as hardwood floors, stained glass and banister along with modern appointments and fast Wifi. Enjoy natural light in every room with views of downtown Silverton and the surrounding mountains.

Watch the elk graze on the valley floor from the sky deck located behind the home with an Apre' cocktail & spread out with 3 large bedrooms, a massive living room and views to write home about.

Mountain Vista House

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1000 sqft, ground floor home is perfect for your Downtown Silverton base. Within 2 - 3 blocks from all restaurants and shops, you'll be hard pressed to find a more convenient location. Starlink internet service and a smart TV. Enjoy the private patio for dining outside. It's a great spot to spread gear out when getting ready for a day adventuring in the mountains. The Guesthouse is accessible from Blair/Empire Street.

Entire Silverton home w/ garage & ski tools!

~~~ Silverton Adventure House ~~~ Built in 2011, this is the perfect base for your next visit to the San Juan mountains! Radiant in-floor heat ensures a cozy stay. There is a small garage that is heated and includes a workbench with ski tools and space for gear storage. We welcome all Silverton visitors and will do our best to help you have an amazing stay! We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.

Altitude Adjustment

A brand new build - finished in May 2019. Three bedrooms, two baths, in a residential neighborhood in the town of Silverton. Some of the best views of Kendall Mountain. The Altitude Adjustment has a huge yard, fire pit, RV parking and plug-in, granite kitchen counters, laminate floors, and TV's through the house and in each bedroom. Ride the train up to almost the front door. Plenty of pull around and thru parking for trucks and trailers.

Empire House

With the Empire house you get the best of both worlds, an updated home that still retains its historical charms. This house features 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a walk-in shower and fantastic views of Kendall mountain. Not many houses in Silverton offer off street parking but, this one does! There is an enclosed outside patio area with gas grill. Come to Silverton and enjoy the views!!!!!

Sunset Circle Chalét/views/hot tub 6 min to town

Drive up/ walk in access to this stunning chalét. Surrounded on all sides by nature its unique & tranquil with breathtaking views. It's a short 6 minute drive to Mountain Village & the free parking structure that has ski in ski out access. 2 Bedrooms plus loft. Two bathrooms. A "WorkPod", a separate office structure is located steps from the patio.
