The cabin boasts a 360 degree mountain view. It combines old world mining heritage and decor with modern luxuries. With direct access to the Alpine loop, the outdoor options are unlimited. Walking, hiking, biking, fishing & ORV riding is directly out the front door. 4x4 or AWD vehicles recommended in winter months.

Historic 1883 Victorian home on the main street of downtown Silverton with long driveway to park truck/trailer or several cars. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and shops. Park your car and walk or bike everywhere for the rest of your stay. Cozy up in this newly renovated home in the heart of historic Silverton! Located on Greene St two blocks south of downtown and less than a 10-minute drive from Silverton Mountain. Our home has quick access to backcountry skiing, high-country mountain biking and hiking, and room for parking OHV/ATV trailers (driveway is 58’ long x 9’ wide). Updated amenities, laundry, and a well-equipped kitchen make for a comfortable stay -- be it a weekend or longer! We look forward to hosting you!

Mountain Vista House

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1000 sqft, ground floor home is perfect for your Downtown Silverton base. Within 2 - 3 blocks from all restaurants and shops, you'll be hard pressed to find a more convenient location. Starlink internet service and a smart TV. Enjoy the private patio for dining outside. It's a great spot to spread gear out when getting ready for a day adventuring in the mountains. The Guesthouse is accessible from Blair/Empire Street.

Box Canyon Views - Hillside Hideaway

Have fun with the whole family at our Telluride home with amazing views of the box canyon. Hillside Hideaway is ~3 min to town and ~7 min to mountain village. Walk out the front door and access the valley floor trails, bike path, river or trails into the backcountry. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the deck or admire the elk wandering the protected land in front of our home. Thoughtfully renovated in 2025. We hope you love it here as much as we do!

Entire Silverton home w/ garage & ski tools!

~~~ Silverton Adventure House ~~~ Built in 2011, this is the perfect base for your next visit to the San Juan mountains! Radiant in-floor heat ensures a cozy stay. There is a small garage that is heated and includes a workbench with ski tools and space for gear storage. We welcome all Silverton visitors and will do our best to help you have an amazing stay! We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.

Altitude Adjustment

A brand new build - finished in May 2019. Three bedrooms, two baths, in a residential neighborhood in the town of Silverton. Some of the best views of Kendall Mountain. The Altitude Adjustment has a huge yard, fire pit, RV parking and plug-in, granite kitchen counters, laminate floors, and TV's through the house and in each bedroom. Ride the train up to almost the front door. Plenty of pull around and thru parking for trucks and trailers.

Sunset Circle Chalét/views/hot tub 6 min to town

"Do to new regulations this can only be rented for 30 nights or longer." Drive up/ walk in access to this stunning chalét. Surrounded on all sides by nature its unique & tranquil with breathtaking views. It's a short 6 minute drive to Mountain Village & the free parking structure that has ski in ski out access. 2 Bedrooms plus loft. Two bathrooms. A "WorkPod", a separate office structure is located steps from the patio.
