Backyard is expansive, surrounded by trees, and has dual paths (one wheelchair accessible) to the beach. It even includes outdoor seating, a portable fire pit and hammock! Near quaint Yachats and Florence attractions and trails.

Shorepine features a beautifully appointed queen bed on the main level (no ladders here!), a full kitchen with induction burners and a bath with shower. Gaze out the large windows at the evergreen surroundings while seated at a convenient work/eating table or relax in comfortable club chairs. Or just chill out on the outdoor deck and listen to the ocean!

Washer & dryer, shower, a kitchenette, & of course TV and Wi-Fi make this space a perfect home base. The Crestview golf club is 1 minute away and there’s a playground and disc golf course within a 5 minute walk.

Earthworks Art House

Earthworks Art House is a newly remodeled two bedroom guest house connected with Earthworks Gallery. It is located adjacent to the gallery in a private forested setting. It borders Gerderman rhododendron preserve and is located on an extensive trail system that leads to the ocean, the forest or the center of Yachts a short distance away. We feature an extensive collection of revolving original art from the gallery. This totally new house offers plush and cozy accommodation.

The Ocean Forest Retreat

Tucked into a hillside forest this retreat features ocean, river and mountain views from every room. Ten minute walk to beach, river, coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarket. Far enough from the 101 so all you'll hear is crashing waves and trilling birds. Hiking trail right behind house leads to the famous 804 Trail, the Oregon Coast Trail, Amanda's Trail and Cape Perpetua.

The Carriage House at Dragons Cove

Under a spell of centuries of wind and waves, Cape Perpetua awaits. Here you'll find The Carriage House, an enchanted cottage with views of tiny Dragons Cove, Laughing Gull Island, and the majestic Perpetua headland, highest point on the Oregon coast. It's hard to imagine a more pristine oceanfront setting. Two dozen harbor seals congregate and birth their young on the island.

Quiet Water Cabin

Stay in our peaceful cabin, nestled in the forest along the Yachats River. A short 5-10 minute walk will take you to both the beach and downtown Yachats. This special cabin in the Quiet Water community earned an award of merit in Sunset Magazine in 1985! ** Pool and hot tub are only available mid June through Labor Day weekend. Otherwise closed for the winter. **

We love our home, and we know you will too. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.
