This beautiful ocean home is located North of Ambergris Caye, about 30 mins from the town center. Its located several houses down from the Residences at Barrier Reef, right on the beach! Two individual units in one home, Ideal for friends or family that would like to holiday together but still enjoy their own privacy. The house also has a rooftop which offers stunning 360 views! Located right on the Ocean, Casa Mar Y Sol is the ideal vacation home! Charming touches and ocean view balconies in both floors make this condo a lovely retreat on the beach. The kitchen with full fridge allows for plenty of storage during a long stay, and there are two units for rent if you want to travel with family or friends and privacy is desired. Guests can also enjoy complimentary concierge service to help plan their most enjoyable vacation. The home is raised off the ground, and a large staircase at the back of the house leads to the front door through an outside seating area. The main living area consists of a fully-stocked kitchen and stainless appliances, a small dining table offers seating for 4. The living area with queen-sized sofa sleeper and television offers a nice space to relax. The bedroom is located in the loft which you can see from the living room. A comfortable King sized bed awaits as well. Both rooms are cooled with air-conditioning units and ceiling fans. Patio doors lead to a tiled veranda off the main living area that overlooks the offers amazing views of the Caribbean Sea. No better place to watch a sunrise. Although there are other homes in the area, the property is fairly secluded being 3.5 miles North of San Pedro Town. Note that the road to the property is unpaved and can get a bit bumpy at times. Because of its distance from town, we recommend renting a golf cart (about a 20-minute golf cart ride). A taxi can be called and will cost approximately $30 USD one way. Ask us about our service to provision the home with groceries prior to your arrival for convenience. We specialize in vacation homes on Ambergris Caye, Belize. All of our homes are fully furnished and equipped with the minimal essentials like mini bar soap, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper. The town of San Pedro sits on the Caribbean island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. It is a beautiful tropical paradise, like most Caribbean islands, in a small and developing country. Although most areas on the island are connected to electricity, water and internet, please be aware that there are occasional interruptions in service. Planned interruptions in service are announced by the local utility companies, and we strive to inform our guests as quickly as we are notified. When interruptions occur that are unplanned, the locals go about making the most of their day until service is restored.

A peaceful tiny home made for just 2. My home is located on the south end of the island and there is a supermarket right across from the home which is perfect to buy your drinks and food. There are a few restaurants within a 15-minute walk from the home. The home is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the center or I can arrange for taxi to take you there. It is a 1.5 mile walk so do be prepared to walk. It is safe to walk. I built this for when I want to get away from Belize City so enjoy!
