Close to many local attractions; Alex bay, Thousand Islands, Destiny USA. As a mom I realize traveling with a family can be a lot, I have equipped this home with activities & all the amenities of home to make travel lighter. We focus on natural & chemical free products. Cozy 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage in the heart of Sandy Pond. Steps to water access and boat launch. Four season home. Perfect location for boating, all season fishing (including salmon and ice fishing), beach-going, snowmobiling. Located a row back from the water, in walking distance to Eddie's Cove Restaurant and the Wigwam Restaurant/Tiki Bar as well as the the Sandy Pond Sportsman's club. We also own the cottage next door (Cozy Cottage in Sandy Pond 2) and can be rented together

Quaint cottage with wrap around deck overlooking North Sandy Pond. The sunrises in the morning are nothing short of spectacular! This house sits just over the walking bridge from the parking lot near Sandy Island Beach on the pond side and comes with private parking spots. It is also walking distance to the beautiful Sandy Island Beach and you can launch boats at the near by Sandy Pond Marina. Short 2 minute walk from the parking lot to the house. Not suitable for anyone unable to walk in.

Acres of state land for hunting. Cabin is 22 miles from the Salmon River in Pulaski NY. Sleeps 2 with a queen bed. There is a sofa bed. Equipped with electricity, running water,WIFI. A bathroom with shower. Bring charcoal for the grill or cook right over the fire with the grid!

AFrame on Sandy Pond 420 friendly no cleaning fee

Fantastic A-Frame on Sandy Pond, an inlet with direct access to Lake Ontario. Although not waterfront, The Groove A Frame sits a stone's throw from the shore of Sandy Pond and a deeded boat launch. Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!

Newly constructed single bedroom apartment overlooking the Salmon River. Kitchen includes 4 burner electric stovetop, microwave, air fryer, toaster, Keurig, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher, utensils. Swing mount TV in the living room area as well as a TV in the bedroom. Island dining table with 4 chairs. Bedroom offers a queen bed and queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Fully furnished with dishes and linens. Will provide linen exchanges/cleaning during extended stays.

The Hideaway Cabin

Welcome to the Hideaway Cabin, where you can unwind in the embrace of nature. Here, you can sizzle your favorites on the grill, lounge in the Adirondack chairs on the balcony, or simply relax indoors. Come evening, gather by the firepit on the porch to watch the fireflies dance or relax in the hot tub on the back porch. It's the ideal blend of natural serenity and homely comfort. In the winter, cozy up by the woodstove in the living room and catch up on your favorite TV shows.

Drive 200 yards across the Route 3 Bridge to hop on the snowmobile trails or hike Selkirk State Park, or a few miles north to find yourself golfing near Sandy Pond.

The Henderson House

Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
