The Hayloft Withypool, Exmoor

Charming private en-suite, annexe B&B accommodation in the heart of Exmoor National Park. Our stylish hayloft conversion can be a super king or 2 x single bedroom. Finished to a very high standard with oak & slate furnishings, smart TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, fridge, coffee machine etc. a light breakfast is included in the price of your stay. Withypool is on the route of the 2 Moors Way, with many more walks from the door. The spectacular, West Somerset and North Devon coasts a short drive away.

Whitechapel Cottages

The property offers a peaceful retreat for large groups, with a capacity of 18 guests on 300 acres. Three properties and associated facilities are located on the edge of Exmoor National Park. It features a large farmhouse, two character cottages, a spacious group dining room, a games barn, an indoor sauna and spa, and an outdoor hot tub. Additional on-site activities include canoeing, fishing, archery, massage, and yoga, making it perfect for group gatherings in a tranquil countryside setting.

Rural, cosy barn conversion with stunning views.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Luxury lodging, doorstep Exmoor walks and cycling

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Cyder Barn, Edge of Exmoor

Whether you are longing for an active outdoor getaway or a tranquil escape to nature, The Cyder barns authentic charm and beautiful location can offer both. Situated at the end of a Devon longhouse as part of a working farm, you will be nestled amongst a valley of pasture, woodland and streams. These are all connected by a network of well signed secluded tracks enabling you to explore . Two well behaved dog are very welcome and would no doubt enjoy the wide open spaces.

Emmetts on Exmoor, a West Country Wilderness

At 1250 feet, Emmetts on Exmoor is the highest farm on the moor. It is the ideal location for a peaceful break in the heart of Exmoor National Park and offers fantastically clean air and spectacular skies. Emmetts was built in the 1840s and is generally considered to be the best example of a Knight House. A host of local activities are just a stones throw away: walking, mountain biking, horse riding, sailing, fishing, shooting and country house tours, to name but a few!

Daisy Cottage

Daisy Cottage is located in the North Devon region. The property is around 38km from Lundy Island, 39km from Westward Ho!, 34km from Tiverton Castle and 15 mins drive to Exmoor National Park. Guests at the holiday home can explore the local area via direct access to footpaths and river walks. Explore the Devon countryside and relax in the large cottage garden with a BBQ. Feel free to wander and enjoy West Radley family farm and meet our friendly rare breed animals.

Orchard Cottage

Orchard Cottage is a beautifully restored timber-framed barn that embodies sustainable living and comfort. Set amid the beautiful Devon countryside and overlooking rolling hills and a charming apple orchard, Orchard Cottage offers a peaceful retreat amid a working farm setting. Enjoy onsite facilities including a biomass heated swimming pool and sauna, a games room and sports field, and a network of footpaths to explore the conservation estate.
