LA PERLITA Blockhouse suburbs of Graz

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace and your own private garden. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.

Obwohl mitten im Wald, bist du nur ca. 10 km vom nächsten Supermarkt, Tankstelle,... entfernt. In unserer schnelllebigen Zeit soll dies ein Plätzchen sein um Zeit in der Natur und Ruhe genießen zu können. Während deines Aufenthaltes freuen wir uns über einen Besuch bei uns am Bio Schusterbauerhof - La Paca (ca. 10 Autofahrminuten vom Häuschen entfernt)

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus etwas abseits unseres Bauernhofes lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen auf über 1100m Seehöhe ein. Das Haus liegt in sonniger Lage, mit Aussicht in die wunderbare Natur. Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.
