The house is located in the seaside area of Taormina, Giardini Naxos town. The space is dedicated to my guests mq.100, 40 of which have a terrace on the beach. The house is about one meter higher than the beach. All openings in the house, overlooking the terrace. The result is a bright house with sea view. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. My guests can enjoy the sea at all hours of day and night. The house is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, Internet WI-FI and direct access to the sea from the roof terrace which is on the beach. The outdoor terrace is furnished with 2 tables and chairs, loungers and sunshades. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, oven and sink. A few steps from home there are many restaurants, supermarkets, tobacco and cash. The proximity to all major highways and communications, make your holiday even more beautiful, you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful archaeological sites, tourist and historical sites of Sicily. It 'has a garage for 1 car, in addition to parking inside the residence.

The apartment is fully equipped, has direct access to the bay and overlooking the blue Ionian Sea. Dotato di angolo cottura attrezzato con utensili da cucina, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata e Tv a schermo piatto e ampio bagno. THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. Sito all'interno di una villa, è formato da un unico ambiente di 20 mq circa con cucina, tavolo per due, letto matrimoniale cm 160 x cm 195 con contenitore e bagno con doccia, Tv e aria condizionata. Lo Chalet ha una terrazza vista mare con tavolino per pranzare/cenare più due lettini prendisole e ombrelloni. Lo chalet dista dal centro della città circa 5 minuti percorrendo a piedi una strada in salita. Dispone anche di parcheggio per un'auto di piccole dimensioni.

La Casa di Rosa(a 2 passi da Marinello e Tindari)

La casa è molto spaziosa (150mq), vi sono 2camere da letto, 2 bagni entrambi dotati di doccia, una cucina con salotto munita di televisore, una grande e luminosa mansarda in cui vi è un televisore 55 pollici, e due divani letto. Da qui potrete accedere al terrazzino con vista sul mare, anch'esso dotato di cucina, tavolo da pranzo, sdraio, divanetti su cui potersi rilassare e godere del meraviglioso panorama: il mare, la spiaggia ed il promontorio del Tindari.
