Quiet neighborhood, home is cbs construction, new roof, guests will have use of kitchen, use of dishes and all cooking pots pans silverware, dishwasher, washer and dryer, livingroom, diningroom, rear screened in porch with like new BBQ Pit, ample parking, less than 10 minutes from beach, restaurants and shopping. Will allow friendly dogs and if stay is more than a week will need to have home cleaned by my cleaning service more often. there will be an additional charge of $50.00 month stay $100.
