K dispozici Hot-tube, gril, krb s udírnou i loď pro 5 osob. Ubytování je vhodné i pro celou rodinu včetně pejsků. Kozlanská pláž (400m), Koněšínská pláž (800m), přístaviště parníků. Nachbarn gibt es keine (Einzellage). Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.

Nahversorger, urige Heurigen und Wander- bzw. Radwege sind ganz in der Nähe.

Stavba (loft) s užitnou plochou cca 50m2. Jedná se o místnost s otevřeným patrem s postelí, pod kterou se nachází koupelna. V místnosti je 2x rozkládací gauč, kuchyň a jídelní stůl. Koupelna je vybavena sprchovým koutem, WC, umyvadlem a pračkou. K dispozici je dále WIFI, HIFI, dětská a cestovní postýlka. Stavba dispozičně odpovídá 1+kk a je proto ideální pro pár, či ubytování na služební cestě. Rádi využívají ubytování také větší skupinky, kterým nevadí spát na gaučích.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
