Nestled among lush greenery, this charming villa cottage offers a peaceful escape from everyday life. Featuring four cozy bedrooms (all with air conditioning), three bathrooms, a comfortable living area, and a fully equipped kitchen, it combines comfort with nature. The retreat garden is surrounded by pomegranate, lemon, and olive trees. Guests can enjoy a private preheated pool with jacuzzi (4.20 x 3.40 m, depth 0.90 m). Efthimia's house

Efthimia's house is a traditional stone house situated in the old neighborhood of Kavousi village, between the two byzantine churches of Saint George and Twelve Apostles. The history of this house includes a true love story and marriage during the years of the 1 rst World War of my Great-granparents Efthimia and Michalis. About 100 years later my fother and i decided to restore and renovate this traditional house with much love and respect and to offer a real Cretan experience to our guests.

This house is a typical Cycladic house on the island of Crete. The house has facilities for 4 to 6 people. The large swimming pool in the garden is ideal to cool down and enjoy among all the beautiful flowers. This place is a nice base to visit South-East Crete with its small, beautiful beaches and beautiful gorges. When you book the house you will get more information about renting a car. The house has terraces of lemon, orange, and mandarin trees, plus a grape arbor and flowers. There is a rain shower in the bathroom. Sit in the sun or shade while having the entire house to yourselves. Exploring Thripti Mountain is a pleasant way to spend the day, with several marked gorge hikes nearby.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
