This barn dates back to 1830's but it has been fully renovated to a studio apartment with all modern comforts. It is one open space with living area and two sleeping lofts, one with queen bed, the other with 2 single beds. A bit like a giant cubby house! The shops are just 5 minute stroll away, and so is the river and train station. You share a garden with a spa and BBQ with the main house where we live.

My place is great for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).The apartment is within our home with separate access to the street. It can sleep up to four people with a queen size bed and a pull out double size sofa bed. The kitchen has a microwave oven, refrigerator and appliances. Our beautiful one bedroom cottage is situated on a 1 acre block in a semi rural location. The Little House is located about 50m from our family home, where we live with our 5 children and pet dog. We are located only 5 km from Penrith Whitewater Stadium and 6km from Sydney International Regatta Centre, Nepean Public & Private Hospitals.
