As a couple, we are often abroad for work and like to rent our home to people who will enjoy it as much as we do. The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

Dit prachtige 2-persoons appartement, in het hart van Groede is een paar jaar geleden gerenoveerd, waardoor het in alle moderne faciliteiten is voorzien voor een comfortabel verblijf. Groede is een prachtig pittoresk en cultureel dorpje in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen op steenworp afstand van het strand en Waterdunen, een bijzonder natuurgebied op de grens van land en zee. Groede heeft gezellige terrasjes, mooie historische straatjes en is een oase van rust aan de Zeeuws-Vlaamse kust.

B&B De ouwe meule - de molen

"De ouwe meule" is in 1877 gebouwd, daar hebben wij een sfeervolle bed en breakfast van gemaakt. Geheel in stijl, voorzien van keuken incl. oven, inductie kookplaat, koelkast en vaatwasser, 3 slaapkamers ( 1 voorzien van wastafel en omloop van de molen), douche incl. regendouche, apart toilet, smart tv en er is wifi aanwezig. Aan de achterzijde ruimte om te zitten en te barbecueën. Ook is er een eigen gratis parkeerplaats. Een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt is inbegrepen.

Zowel het centrum als het strand is op loopafstand. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers met een tweepersoonsbed en nog 1 slaapkamer met 2 losse eenpersoonsbedden. Gelegen in een rustige buurt met speeltuinen op loopafstand en gratis parkeerruimte voor de deur.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
