Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, then wake up and enjoy coffee from the quaint balcony or comfy breakfast nook with a view of the Necanicum River and distant hills to the east of town. Then walk to the water in less than 10 minutes. This condo has a well-appointed kitchen, leather couches, a widescreen TV with cable and DVD in the living room, and another TV with Netflix and DVD in the bedroom. No pets allowed!

Located on a quiet street, this home is within walking distance to all Seaside has to offer, including the Aquarium, Convention Center and Broadway Street. Outside, enjoy a private yard perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying your morning coffee, or dining alfresco in this spacious area. Pets are welcome to stay in this room.

Otter Cottage offers the perfect combination of location and charm. This cozy and light filled space is modern and kitschy. Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. If you decide to venture out, there are many options for exploring.
