Charming and cozy Apartment in the best location of The City Center

Hermoso piso de 50m2 en la tercera planta sin ascensor de un edificio histórico y protegido. De techos altos y ventanas amplias que permite ser un piso de mucha luz, se compone de un espacioso salón comedor y cocina integrada, completamente diáfano. En el salón comedor encontrarán la televisión con Netflix y WIFI, ideal para desconectar después de un día largo. La cocina está completamente equipada (vitroceramica, nevera, microondas, lavadora), si prefieres comer en casa. Cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina necesarios, además de tostadora, cafetera de capsulas, juguera, y hervidor de agua. Un amplio dormitorio con una cama matrimonial (135cmx190cm) y su gran baño con ducha y con todo lo indispensable, como juego de toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo y gel de baño. Disponible sin coste adicional una cuna de viaje previa solicitud. El edificio no cuenta con áreas comunes. Recibimos a nuestros huéspedes personalmente, nos encanta dar la bienvenida y dar detalles sobre el piso como sobre la ciudad. Queremos que se sientan como en casa! Estaremos encantados de aconsejarlos y de resolver cualquier imprevisto antes y durante la estadía. Una vez que sean nuestros huéspedes, estaremos disponibles las veces que sea necesario. Situado en el centro histórico de Valencia, a unos metros de la mayoría de los sitios más relevantes y turísticos de la ciudad, como la Plaza de La Virgen (350m), la Plaza de La Reina (210m), la Catedral (200m), La Lonja de la Seda y Mercado Central (200m). Vivirás en el corazón del Valencia, llena de vida y movimiento, podrás disfrutar del encanto de la cuidad, sus calles, sus monumentos y su vida alegre. La magnífica ubicación permite que estemos bien comunicados, todos los transportes pasan por la Plaza de La Reina donde nos llevan por ejemplo a La Ciudad de las Ciencias y Artes o bien a la playa de Valencia. Moverse a pie o en bicicleta es una gran opción, dado que todo se encuentra cerca del piso. Si vienes en coche, solo a 200m se encuentra el parking público de La plaza de la Reina, en pleno corazón de la ciudad. Tranquilo y al mismo tiempo encontraran toda la vitalidad de la ciudad. Con gusto los aconsejaremos.

Apartamento de pueblo restaurada en plena sierra Espadan. Dispone de tres habitaciones con cama de matrimonio con baño individual para cada habitación. Tiene cocina, comedor salón con estufa-hogar de bioetanol (adicional 5€ por litro de combustible) y terraza con jardín vallado de 300 metros cuadrados con barbacoa (leña no incluida). Nuestros huéspedes pueden disfrutar de la tranquilidad del parque natural así como de todos sus senderos que están muy bien marcados, y si lo prefieren pueden realizar actividades de aventura por los alrededores. También es un enclave perfecto para los amantes al mountain-bike (nivel medio - alto). Eslida esta rodeada de fuentes naturales de agua de manantial y disponen de paelleros y zonas picnic. Nos encontramos a 10 km de la autovia cv-10 (salida 1), a unos escasos 40 min, de Valencia y 20 min de Castellón. Pese a estar en medio de la montaña, tan solo nos encontramos a 17 km de la playa.
