Live and breathe the Serra de La Tramuntana, a world heritage mountain range in Mallorca. The apartment is situated in the center of a traditional Mallorcan mountainside village, Mancor de Vall. The mountain is your playground. You can walk out the door and hike up the mountain, or drive a short distance to numerous different starting routes for all levels! Many hiking paths can be done by bike or you can road bike up to Lluc or out in any direction on the island as Mancor is in the middle!

Village & country paradise in UNESCO heritage site

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

Also perfect for a group of active people, as many sports can be practiced around the area. We are eco-friendly as we have solar panels. In 20 minutes there is a beach. The house is located in a quiet place in the village of Caimari that is why we ask our guests to respect our neighbours and not make any noise after .

1618 Manor: Steps from Belmond La Residencia

Can Fussimany is a manor house dating back to 1618, located just a short walk from La Residencia. It remains one of the few traditional manors in Deià that still preserves its original olive press (Tafona) and private chapel. The outdoor area with plenty of seating and lounging options as well as sun and shade areas and an outdoor retro bathtub round off the comfort of the finca.
