Accessible ATV/ snowmobile trails from property. 20 miles to Mt. Snow. Short driving distance to popular golf courses, shops, restaurants,breweries, kayaking, fishing, hiking, white water rafting ect An ideal base to explore the Green Moutain National Forests (VT) or the Berkshire Mountains (MA).

10 years of love and affection went into building our 2 bedroom custom home. Sticking with natural products to blend together the beauty of the surrounding area. Lay in bed at night and listen to river that runs the entire length of the property. The house has a full kitchen with seating for 6. Spacious living room for relaxing or admiring one of the many birds that visit all year round. Two upstairs bedrooms and office space. Walkout basement with full entertainment area, hot tub,exercise room.

Located in a 200-year old historic brick house, the guest apartment is fully furnished and all windows face the Mohawk River and a scenic walk path. Nearby Kayak rental is available. We are located a few minutes’ drive from The Klam'er Tavern and Marina and about 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Albany, where art performances, concerts and dining experiences await you. At all times, you can enjoy the view on the river from your own private patio or the warmth of the fire pit in the yard.

It's just 15mins from Manchester, where you can shop and dine like a pro. Plus, you're in prime adventure territory: hiking, kayaking, & fly-fishing are all on the menu. And if you're a winter warrior, Bromley (25min) and Stratton & Magic Mountains (40min) are ready for your skiing prowess!!

Enjoy a peaceful and private space with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen and on site parking. Last house on a dead end rd. 5 min from Southwestern VT Medical Center. 40 min from Mount Snow. 25 min from MassMoca. 15 min walk to Main St where you can enjoy great food and shops. No smoking on premises. Please note there is stairs separating the bedroom (downstairs) and living area, bathroom, and kitchen (upstairs). The stairs are steep and may be difficult for some people.

The cottage is overlooking a beautiful forested mountain range, with easy access to hiking, biking, and cross-country ski trails right out the door. Kalarama is bright and sunny with stunning views. Come to unwind, enjoy nature, read, meditate or just work remotely from our 23 acre property!

Cozy Cabin in Southern VT

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway. Fall asleep to chirping bugs and wake up to birdcalls. This is a quiet, lovely cabin in Newfane VT. Read a book, walk the meditation circle, swing in the hammock, and explore all that Southern VT has to offer. Close to swimming holes, hikes, country stores, flea and farmers' markets, and ski mountains (Mt Snow and Stratton) Pets and children are welcome, but there is only one queen bed.

Private Tree Farm Cabin

Newly renovated cabin located privately on 100 acre tree farm. Located within 20 miles from three ski resorts, a short drive to Battenkill River, Manchester Outlets and just a 10 minute drive to VAST trails/ National Forrest. Come and stay for a ski trip, hiking, foliage viewing or to relax on the property with access to walk or snow shoe through our trails of Christmas Trees. This newly renovated carriage house is nestled in the Battenkill River Valley alongside a picturesque spring fed Marsh . The post and beam structure is private and quiet as it is distanced from my family home . The kitchen is stocked with a bounty of delicious local and organic self serve breakfast choices plus a wide range of organic coffees and teas.Please feel free to let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

Dover Green Den | Cozy Cabin Feel, Fireplace, Loft

The Dover Green Den is a warm and inviting 2 bedroom (+ loft), 2 bathroom townhome designed for mountain memories. In Dover Green at Mount Snow, a 5-min shuttle gets you to the slopes, or enjoy nights in by the fire with unlimited wood, board games, and movies. Completely re-furnished in 2022 and upgraded with a new gas range and dishwasher in 2023, the DG Den is ready for your next family or friends’ escape.

Peaceful Cabin in the Woods

Escape the noise and come relax in the middle of the beautiful Berkshire Hills. This classic log cabin has been recently renovated so that you can unwind and connect to the picturesque landscape that envelopes this property. You can drive 30 minutes west to North Adams and visit Mass Moca or 30 minutes east to Northampton, Amherst & Hadley. (Please note, 1/2 of the bedrooms is an open loft).
