The little Annex

Light and bright small self contained annex in a picturesque village setting. A short walk to two village pubs, and 5 minutes walk from the southdowns way, ideal for walkers and cyclists. 2 ½ miles from Petersfield town centre and mainline station to Waterloo. I am a huge believer in reuse and renew, doing whatever I can to help the beautiful environment we live in. Most of my furniture is salvaged or upcycled and functional. Bag transfer, dinner and packed lunches available upon prior request.

The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. After 6 years superhosting over 500 guests The Piggery has just received a full renovation for 2024 and is looking extra lovely, we can’t wait to welcome you.

Welcome to our Annexe. It is a modern, self-contained 2 storey accommodation with a modern fully fitted kitchen (and appliances), living area, gallery bedroom and ensuite. Built in 2013, the annexe is accessed via a private entrance. Free on street parking is available. The Annexe is located in a quiet residential close, approximately 1.1 miles from Petersfield High Street. Modern One Bedroom Private Ground Floor Annexe

Our modern Annexe is located next door to our main home. It has its own private access and parking to the front. Ideally located for easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway network and close to Rivervale Barn, Warbrook House & The Elvetham wedding venues. There are three very good Pubs within walking distance, all do superb food. All local amenities are close by. Wellington Country Park and California Country Park are also within close driving distance.

Garden Annexe in Petersfield

The Annexe is a light and airy bedroom and bathroom with sitting area and tea and coffee making facilities (and fridge). It has underfloor heating and plenty of clothes storage space. Patio and table and chairs if outside space is wanted. Train station is a seven minute walk. Parking space. Ten minute walk into the centre of Petersfield. Great for weekend breaks, business, weddings, events, walking or cycling trips.

The Barn is situated half a mile up a track in the Surrey Hills, next to the Serpent Trail and a couple of 100 metres from the South Downs National Park. It feels like it is in the middle of nowhere, yet guests can walk to the centre of Haslemere in 30 minutes. Our lovely flat has been recently renovated and is ready for you to enjoy. Since January 2026 it also has a brand new washing machine. It is a self contained flat built above our garage in the building that used to be the old Coach House. Set in a quiet location on the northern edge of the South Downs National Park it is well placed for walking, many local attractions, and the lovely town of Petersfield.

Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Just a short walk from Bosham harbour. Our home has a bright and contemporary feel and the whole property will be yours to use. Within walking distance of Holy Trinity Church, Bosham Sailing Club and the Anchor Bleu. Bosham is a popular location to stay for those attending events at Goodwood. West Wittering Beach and Chichester are a short drive away.
