Smješten na rubu atraktivnog sela u južnom Norfolku, The Snug je samostalna pomoćna zgrada u sklopu seoske kuće iz 17. stoljeća. Seoska prodavnica je udaljena nekoliko minuta hoda, a centar Norwicha je udaljen samo 20 minuta vožnje. Ovo područje je popularno među biciklistima zbog mirnih ruta i mnoštva kafića pogodnih za bicikliste. Smještaj se sastoji od dvokrevetne spavaće sobe, kupatila s tuš-kabinom, prostora za objedovanje/rad i čajne kuhinje. Postoji parking mjesto izvan kolovoza i spremište za bicikle ako je potrebno.

The Old Dairy, a rural Norfolk hideaway

For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. The spacious 18 x 14 foot carpeted living space has two huge comfy sofas and a table and chairs.

Studio One, a peaceful country retreat

Studio One is a brand new apartment that adjoins the main house, situated in a rural village location but just 5 miles from the centre of the beautiful city of Norwich. On the edge of a pretty village with great amenities Including farm shop, two well stocked village shops, chemist, pub and two takeaway options which are all a short walk away. There is a regular bus service from the village to the centre of Norwich. The beautiful Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads are all conveniently located

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. Mljekara je potpuno samostalna i smještena je u prilično mirnom selu Hardwick, samo 12 milja južno od historijskog Norwicha. Njegova konverzija iz zgrade na farmi (mljekara!) je završena 2018. godine. Savršen je za parove, ali zbog svog prostora i bračnog kreveta u dnevnom boravku, može udobno spavati 4. To je odlična baza za šetnje okolnim predjelima, posjetu Norwichu, dolini Waveney, Norfolk Broads ili prekrasnim obalama Norfolka/Suffolka.
