The area is ideal for swimming (7 minutes to the beach) , walking, biking, climbing and marine activities,or enjoy in a short walk to the old town along the seafront.

Privatni smještaj Ivan nalazi se u Šibeniku, na 100 metara od gradske vijećnice, a nudi besplatni WiFi u cijelom objektu.  Sve klimatizirane sobe ovog privatnog smještaja sadrže TV ravnog ekrana, dok pojedine imaju prostor za sjedenje i opuštanje. Detached from the villa itself, featuring an inside fireplace, A/C, kitchen, a sofa that folds out into a bed for 2 people (+ 1 extra bed if needed), a dining table and a small bathroom. There is also a table/chairs in front of the guest house as well, serving as a small terrace in the garden!
