This villa is situated on the Sunrise Hill complex ,which features two generously sized swimming pools and childs pool-however the villa has its own private pool to the front of the property when a little peace and tranquility is required.There is an on site shop and cafe .The development comprises of just 7 villas and 24 apartments. The villa comprises of ground floor : large open plan lounge/kitchen ,with washing machine,dishwasher ,fridge/freezer,oven and hob -TV and Dvd . The lounge opens via two patio doors onto the spacious terrace with views over the private pool.
