Gorgeous, comfortable two bedroom Suite

Our light-filled lower level suite has been fully remodeled (completed Feb 2019) and includes two bedrooms (up to 4 Queen beds), a large media room with a fold-out couch bed, and one full bathroom. Total space is approximately 1000 square feet with a private entrance. Amenities include all the perks of our media room and a kitchenette. We wash all linens included Duvet covers between guests. Stanford Univ. is under 2 miles away, and California Ave with shops and excellent restaurants is within minutes. We have Strong WIFI with plenty of work spaces, including a desk in a small office space.

You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only). Although 4 wheel is needed, THE ROAD IS RURAL, NARROW AND STEEP. Ideal for confident drivers. Permit #211304
