A Country Escape

A beautiful large lounge with 65" smart tv, refrigerator, microwave oven and lovely garden views. The bright and spacious bedroom is compete with a superking bed and 50" TV. There is an en suite toilet & shower, complete with a spacious walk in wardrobe. Our property is located in a quiet countryside position but close to the M58. Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

Well presented with open plan kitchen, dining and seating area, leading to a king size bedroom and en-suite. Small dogs are with prior approval £10 per stay. If more than two dogs an additional charge of £10 will be requested for cleaning. Please add at the booking stage if you intend to travel with your dog. Dogs must not be left unattended on the property.

The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with two bedrooms, a living room with a fire, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also free parking secured by an electric gate, a 49” Samsung Smart TV, free WiFi, and a gated garden area. It’s also located next to a golf course, a short walk from the local pub, a short drive from a Tesco and Starbucks.

Cosy accommodation at farmhouse in Dalton, Parbold

The cosy guest suite includes a living room with TV, leather sofa and armchair, small dining table and 2 chairs. There is a compact kitchen area equipped with combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge and all essential crockery and cookware. The bedroom has an oak framed king size bed with matching bedside tables and is furnished with pine furniture, curtains and a blind. The shower room is spacious and is en suite to the bedroom. There is gas central heating and blinds to most of the windows.

Set in a fantastic position, The Dalton Bungalow is a picturesque two bedroom semi-detached bungalow. A modern open plan living space with lounge area, dining space and a fitted kitchen. A lovely clean bath &shower! Sleeps 4 - (3 bedrooms, 2 single, 1 double) Office desk! Asda 2 miles away! Ace pub with pool table, coffee’s, 3 min walk! Lovely pleasant neighbours on both sides! NO BATH TOWELS, OR IRON (after burnt carpets)PLS NOTE THIS IS AN EX COUNCIL HOUSE, externally not pretty, but fine :)

1750's cottage with open fire and beams

Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

Our house has 2 guest bedrooms, both doubles, a family bathroom, downstairs loo and utility room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room complete with wood burning stove. Logs can be provided upon request. Internet connection and smart TV are provided. Our home is ideally located for country walks with good pubs and a golf course nearby.

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.
