Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Bo på landet men med ett stenkast från centrum. 25 minuter från Göteborg! Vakna upp med morgonsolen, ta en kaffe på altanen och njut av fåglarnas kvitter. Ta en tur i skogen som är berikad med bär, svamp och mysiga stigar. Avnjut middag i solnedgången! Möjlighet att ladda elbil över natten till en kostnad på 100 SEK

Varmt välkomna till vårt moderna rökfria attefallshus på 30kvm, beläget högst upp på en kulle vid en fantastisk sjö. Här kan du luta dig tillbaka och njuta av slående utsikt över Örsjön. "Lillhuset" har 2 sängar (1 sovrum och 1 loft) . Vi bäddar skönt till er och handdukar finns. Modernt och ljust med stora fönster och fantastisk utsikt. Eget boende på ÖVRE VÅNINGEN m egen ingång. Fridfull lantlig miljö med bra och snabba förbindelser till Göteborg. Med tåg från Älvängen tar du dig på 25 min till centrala Göteborg. Närhet till golfbana och härlig natur att vistas i. Det finns flera häststigar att strosa på i närheten av huset. Charmig insjöbadplats 7 min bort och till havet är det 30 min med bil. Egen uteplats med fantastisk solnedgång att njuta av.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Sjönära landsbygdsdröm

Welcome to this newly built villa at the Swedish countryside. The house was finished in May 2023 and is fully equipped. Outdoor seating area, BBQ, AC, washing machines, Wifi and TV. Access to the lake for swimming is just a short walking distance away. Sauna can be accessed upon request, it is located on the host’s private property and is payed cash. Upplev en unikt bevarad gård på gränsen till Svartedalens naturreservat. Stor trädgård och närhet till sjöar och fantastisk natur, skog med svamp och bär. Möjlighet att låna båt, kanot och att klappa får. På gården finns hönor som ordnar färska ägg till frukost (för det mesta), vi som hyr ut bor på granngården och har gotlandsfår som ofta betar i hagarna runt huset. Huset har enkel standard, med väl bevarad charm.
