All the applicances are state of the art and there are big screen tv's and Xbox to enjoy when you've come in to cool and wind down. Publix and winn dixie and many restaurants near by. Key West just one hour away for any day trip. House has an ice maker, refrigerator and freezer downstairs to keep bait or fish .Private pool and Dock, back yard oasis There is a paddle board and 4 bikes and 2 kayaks for your use. Amazing location!

Perfect paradise is located in the heart of marathon. Only 9 minutes away from sombrero beach. Restaurant, supermarkets, ice cream, aquarium, and much more less than 7 minutes away. Public boat ramp is 5 minutes away. The house has plenty of parking spaces in the front to park your boat and cars. The home is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay.
