Petaluma’s historic downtown is only 5 blocks away from this private solar powered one bedroom apartment. You can also shop at the Petaluma Premium Outlet mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. Our cozy guest cottage is located at 1300 feet on Sonoma Mountain, offering serenity and tranquility with all the fine dining and shopping options of downtown Sonoma only a few miles away. You’ll love the cottage's privacy, open space and natural light. We are pet-friendly! Well-behaved, trained pets are welcome, but we ask for prior approval and there is a $50 per stay charge.
