We are close to all shopping areas and great food cuisines. We follow all rules of NYC short rental guidelines. The host lives in the apartment which is shared with guest, no doors are locked. Private Attic room with private bathroom and private entry on the third floor of our home. Comes with a reclinable queen sized bed, smart TV w/free Wi-Fi, mini fridge, a dining table for 2. Lots of steps up to get to your unit. If you have heavy luggage ask me for help. Perfect for solo travelers who just need a comfortable bed and a clean space. Active family lives on the second floor who sleeps early. Quiet hours 10pm to 7am are extremely important for us. No visits allowed.

We are NYC OSE registered short-term rental. Enjoy easy access from our guest suite in a historical Richmond Hill. We are 1.5 blocks away from the J Subway (111th Street stop) which takes you into Manhattan in 40 min, under 30 min with LIRR to Penn station, 15min to JFK and 12 min drive to LGA. We are half a block from grocery stores & restaurants and the beautiful Forest Park which is an ideal location to end the day with a stroll through the forest.
