The Old Music Room

The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . South Green Farm is a non working 3 acre farm set in beautiful Suffolk countryside. We are just a 5min drive to the market town of Eye. The coastal towns Southwold and Aldeburgh are around 45mins drive. The accommodation includes a double bedroom, large shower room and an open plan living, kitchen, dining room. We have off road parking with private access to the barn, and garden area completed with dining table, outside lighting and comfy reclining chairs.

It is perfectly situated for walkers just 2 miles from the bustling town of Loddon where, after a beautiful walk through the countryside, fields and country lanes why not stop for a break at one of Loddons four pubs. Also just 1.5 mile walk from the beautiful Sisland woods and many other footpaths. Just 12 miles from our fine City of Norwich which can be reached by a regular bus route from Loddon.

The Cartlodge - a cosy winter retreat!

Stylish, light, and relaxing space, nestled amidst a peaceful garden and orchard, with a summerhouse, firepit, bbq, hammock, and lots of space for alfresco dining. An ideal summer or winter retreat! The Cartlodge sits in the grounds of a 16th Century Manor House, in the peaceful village of Tacolneston, near the thriving, historical city of Norwich.

Primrose Farm Barn

Take a break and unwind at our peaceful oasis. Primrose Farm Barn is a detached barn in our garden but also quite separate from us, and set in a very quiet location. Southwold is only a 10 minute drive or 30 minute cycle away. Lovely countryside walks and cycling routes direct from the Barn. Bike storage is available. You will need a car to get around!
