The SandBox Grotto

The Grotto is the downstairs half of a vintage beachside beachhouse owned by "the sandcastle lady" - sandy feet. With 1 bedroom and 2 full baths, it can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably with full kitchen, spacious living area and enclosed patio/dog rest area. Fully equipped for your best pal with a large pet door and an even larger kennel. Beach toys, boogie boards — everything you need for your Padre vacation in one place. Ground floor adult living condo gets a person in the mood for salt life vacation without dragging luggage up and down stairs. Great dining with in one block walking distance e.g. Mexican food of Chilito Pikin. Craft beers from Padre Island Brewing company. Tom and Jerry's bar and grill. 2BR/2BA Condo near Beach access

Great condo on the beach side of South Padre Island available! Booking guest must be 21 or over and stay for trip. This place has a pool available during daylight hours and is perfect for families. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with third sofa bed that pulls out from sleeper sofa. There is an assigned long parking spot that can fit 2 cars. There is a biking /running trail as well as beach access within a couple hundred feet. No more than 6 guests at any time permitted. (2nd floor)

South Padre Paradise

Immaculate 1 bedroom condo overlooking the canal! This condo features a full bath, full kitchen, dining area, newer furniture, a king size bed, & a queen sofa bed. Walking distance to the beach, the turtle rescue, the bird sanctuary, & Clayton’s famous beach bar! There are fireworks every weekend from April to October that can be seen from the condo’s location. You can fish right from the canal! You can even bring you boat or kayak. The condo is close to where you can view Space X’s launches.

Amazing 8th Floor 2 Bedroom in Saida Towers

We love the balcony! This is where we like to spend our time soaking up the awesome ocean view from our bar stool style patio chairs. Our condo easily accommodates 8. We have done away with old fashioned bed spreads and comforters in favor of the modern hotel style triple sheeting technique. A quilted blanket is sandwiched between 2 buttery soft freshley launderd microfiber sheets. With triple sheeting you know that everything on the bed touching your skin has been freshly laundered.

The Happy Heron-Oceanfront

This beautifully designed 1 bed 1.5 bath condo with picturesque views-of the Ocean & soothing sounds of the waves create the perfect beachfront experience for a couples getaway or family of 4. You forget the adult only hot tub is a building amenity when you’re only 10 feet away. The fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for 6 is the perfect space to gather. The oversized (210 square foot) balcony is perfect to take a nap in our lounge chairs, watch the fireworks or dine al-fresco.
