This is a newly converted annexe with all modern fittings within a secure private drive on the edge of the stunning village Butleigh, 5 mins Millfield School and walking distance to centre of village, church, PO shop and cricket grounds. Close to Glastonbury and Street with fantastic walks and cycling in the area. It is open planned but Perfect for families as can sleep up to 3 children. It is the perfect base to explore the county of Somerset with Glastonbury Tor, Wookey Hole Caves and Cheddar Gorge all within 20 minutes drive. There are 2 village pubs, a cafe and grocery shop all just a 15 minute walk away.

Sunnyside at Waterhouse Farm is a spacious farmhouse on our working farm in West Dorset, surrounded by fields and woodland. The house has a fenced garden and easy access to miles of local footpaths. Upstairs are two large ensuite bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with either three singles or a double and single. Downstairs features a cosy sitting room with wood burner, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, plus a utility room with cloakroom.
