We offer a completely remodeled home with a new kitchen, flooring, and bathrooms and a well-stocked kitchen, A/C throughout, SHARC passes, hot tub, bicycles, and an EV charger port. Our bonus room over detached garage has a TV, yoga space, 1/2 bath and A/C. ONE dog welcome and must be added at time of reservation. Must be 25 yrs. old to book.

Our house is located on the Woodlands Golf Course with Mt Bachelor views. Wood burning fireplace for the winter and A/C for the summer will keep you comfortable in any season. The house has a large living room where everyone can gather and separated, private bedroom spaces. Perfect for a family vacation! Our home has been managed by a local company for years and has been very popular. We started managing it ourselves in 2019 and hope that you will enjoy our beautiful home as much as we do!

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.

We're 6 miles south of downtown Grants Pass, and 2 miles north of Murphy. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, or catch a spectacular sunset. It's all good! Please note: Well behaved, non destructive children are welcome.
