Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Eco friendly atmosphere and the house is powered by Solar PV and Solar hot water is provided all showers in toilets. A shared infinity fresh water pool only for the use of the 2 properties within same the compound. Driver’s bed space can be arranged at a nearby location on prior request and charged separately.
