Few minutes walk to St Peters station, 10 minutes to Erskineville and Newtown Stations. Buses just around the corner on King Street. Lovely quiet space with private entrance.

Nudi bračni krevet (queen size), udoban dnevni boravak, ormar, čajnu kuhinju (sa bar frižiderom, mikrovalnom pećnicom, kuvalom za vodu, tosterom), kupatilo, prostor za rad, klima-uređaj, Wi-Fi i pametni TV (Netflix, Disney i Prime). Ima drvene podove, drvenu palubu, vanjsku garnituru za sjedenje i prozore s ekranima za muhe. Pristup je jednostavan zajedničkim prilazom, pa možete dolaziti i odlaziti kako želite. Imamo dvoje djece (10 i 12 godina), psa labradudla, 2 mačke i zamorce koje biste mogli vidjeti ako budete imali sreće.

My unit is number 5. I won't be there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.
