Welcome to our cosy 1 bedroom ground floor annexe apartment, nestled in the heart of the lovely village of Pennard/Southgate. Located just a short walk to Pennard Castle, the stunning Three Cliffs Bay and Pobbles. Along with a golf club and course, local pub, cafes and convenience stores, a park, library and chemist. A perfect starting point for exploring Gower and beyond, we offer a parking space right outside and are a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which offers routes to and around Swansea.

The Old School House

The Old School House is a welcoming and beautifully presented cottage brimming with quality fixtures and fittings, where every effort has been made to retain as much history and character as possible. The Gower Hotel is just a stones throw away and the cottage is within walking distance of the delightful South Gower village of Bishopston. With two thriving village pubs, a well-stocked local supermarket and also well positioned for the 'off the beaten track' beaches of Pwll Du and Brandy Cove.

There is a large modern walk-in shower and comfortable kitchen lounge / living space. There is easy and safe parking directly opposite the property. Very close to the Welsh Coastal paths offering a unique access point some short distance away to allow fabulous walks to the nearby Langland Bay with its wonderful views and eating places.

The bungalow is privately situated within the grounds of a family home, and is a true Airbnb with the ethos of the company behind it. We swapped our lovely Narrowboat on the Grand Union for a cosy, pet friendly chalet for two with a distinct Narrowboat feel. Ideal for surfers and walkers, small, but perfectly formed with all the romance of a live aboard by the seaside. This land locked chalet has everything you could possibly need, tucked away between the Mumbles Cricket Club and the world famous Wales Coastal path. Direct Private access to the Coastal Path nearby, at the top of the road for Guests and Residents.

Top floor beach front apartment overlooking picturesque Limeslade Bay with uninterupted panoramic views to Swansea and Devon. Open the windows to smell the sea air and hear the sound of waves crashing on the pebbles below. This spacious but cosy bed sit is situated within walking distance of many scenic walking routes and is ideal for walkers/climbers/golfers/surfers and general tourism. With three cliffs bay and pobbles beach on the door step, a 10 minute drive to famous beaches, mumbles and Swansea city town. This property is perfect for weekends away, or long stays.

Ortari @70, Bishopston, Gower, Swansea

Our property consists of two self contained flats, Ortari is on the ground floor. We are Perfectly located and within walking distance to Brandy Cove, Pwll Du and Caswell Bay, as well as being an easy drive or bicycle ride to every part of Gower, the furthest being only a 20 minute drive away, we have no idea how long by bike !! The lovely fishing village of Mumbles is just a 10 minute drive or a short trip on the local bus.

An 1840s fisherman’s cottage recently modernised. Cwtch Cottage is close to The Mumbles promenade and within easy walking distance of various places of interest; parks and beaches and shops.
