The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.
