The Boiling House, Beckside

Boiling House is a truly unique, beck side property located in Staithes. The original building has been an integral part of village fishing heritage for many years. Where the log burner now sits, the original boiling tanks sat, a real piece of history. It benefits from double height ceilings, to create a real feeling of space, and is split level with only three steps between floors. As the only property in the village with french doors opening onto the beck side, it really is a place to savour.

Quaint, rustic Victorian Terraced House

A quaint, rustic house with some modern touches and just a ten minute walk from the Marina and the delights of Whitby. I do not live at the property so you will have full use of the house. There is an open plan lounge / diner which goes through to a large kitchen. There are three bedrooms, one large but cosy double attic room with bath and toilet/ small sink, a room with two single beds, which is next to a newly fitted bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom also in the first floor.

A fantastic Grade II listed fisherman’s cottage situated close to the famous Magpie Cafe, Whitby harbour and Whitby’s bustling town centre with all its appeal. Crabapple Cottage close to Runswick Bay & Staithes

Charming Crabapple Cottage, which has recently benefited from renovation is located in a small courtyard in the village. Boasting a delightful sitting room with log burner, kitchen leading directly to the rear garden and shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms both suitable for two adults. Hinderwell is a great location to visit the local area with a butchers, fish and chip shop and pub almost on the door step. A regular bus service services Whitby and Saltburn.

Cattersty Sands, Skinningrove, Saltburn, Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby are all only a short distance away, as are the stunning North York moors! Storm Cottage is dog friendly and child friendly, making it a perfect hideaway to make those everlasting family memories.

Just a stone’s throw away from Tate Hill Sands, harbour, shops, restaurants and bars. Sleeping up to 3 guests, it features a cosy living room with separate kitchen/diner. There is a private patio which overlooks the sea towards the East Pier. Unlike many cottages to the East Side, there are no steps leading up to the cottage.
