Unser ungewöhnliches Apartment im schönen Berliner Bezirk Steglitz liegt in einer ruhigen, baumbestandenen Nebenstraße (Sackgasse). Das Haus wurde komplett modernisiert und saniert, wobei der Studiocharakter des ehemaligen Architekturbüros erhalten blieb. Our unique apartment is located in the beautiful district Steglitz in a quiet, tree-lined side street (dead end). The houses has been completely modernized and refurbished, preserving the studio character of the former architectural office.

In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der Schlossstraße in Steglitz - Friedenau liegt dieses gemütliche Studio mit nagelneuem Bad. Es ist zentral gelegen zwischen Ku-Damm und FU, in Laufnähe befinden sich die U9, die U3, die S1 und diverse Buslinien. In einem gepflegten Altbau im 2. Stock liegt das 25 m² große Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, leider gibt es keine Küche, ein Wasserkocher und ein kleines Kaffee- und Teeangebot sind vorhanden. Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür.

It's our home, but we are happy to make it available to others in the spirit of the sharing economy. The flat is in Steglitz in south-west Berlin. It is in a quiet residential street but just two minutes from a major shopping street and UBahn station.
